Melyni remotely developed and coordinated the logistics of a bi-coastal departmental meeting that took place in Arizona. Through strategic planning, Melyni was able to bring two groups together for several days so that meetings could be facilitated and entrainment provided. She planned the air and land travel, lodging, catering, conference speakers, and entertainment - every last detail was considered. And everyone was able to take away the necessary knowledge, as well as memories of a wonderful time!
